You can place an order in few simple steps:
- Login to your account (or create a new one for free)
- Choose your area
- Select the restaurant you want to order from
- Add food items to your basket by changing the quantity box besides each item on the menu
- select the delivery address from the “The order will be delivered at” section in your food basket
- Click “Order Now” button after revising your order.

How can I add a comment to an ordered item in my food basket?

You can add any comments to any of the items added to your food basket by following the below steps:
- Click the “Add Comment” link below the item’s name in your food basket
- Write your comment/request
- Click the “Save” button
To view the comment you added to any item in your food basket, just hover by your mouse on the item’s name.
If you want to edit or delete your comment/request, follow the above steps again.

How can I remove an item from my food basket?

You can do this by one of two ways:
- By clicking the small red ‘x’ sign before the item’s name in your food basket.
- By changing its quantity to ‘0’ in the quantity box besides the item’s name on the menu or in the food basket..

You can write a general request/comment in the “Write your Comment” section in your food basket.

What does the “Add to Favorite” link do?
|
After adding the food items of your order to the food basket, you can add that order to your “Favorite Orders”’ list by checking the “Add to favorites” check box and giving a unique name to your order so that the next time you want to order the same items, all what you have to do is to:
- Login to your account
- Click the “Order” button before that favorite order name in the Favorite Orders section in “My Page” page
- Choose your delivery address & finish your order

How do I select my delivery address after selecting my food items?
|

After selecting your food, choose your delivery address in the “The order will be delivered at” section in your food basket.

Why I can’t see any of my saved delivery addresses in the “The order will be delivered at” section in my food basket?
|

This is because you are not logged in. Just login and your delivery addresses will appear to you. You can login by clicking the “Login” button on the top right of the page, or by clicking the “Login to Order” button in the food basket and you will be directed to the login page. In both cases, your selected food items will be saved; you won’t have to add them again to your food basket.

Why the word “Unavailable” appears besides some delivery addresses in my food basket?
|
|
If the word “Unavailable” appears beside any delivery address in the “The order will be delivered at” section in your food basket, this means that the restaurant you are ordering from doesn’t serve the area of that address.
|

Do I have to go to “Edit Profile” page to add a new address?
|
|
No, you can select “Add a New Address” option from the drop down list of your delivery addresses in the “The order will be delivered at” section in your food basket and you will be able to add a new address on the same page without having to go to “Edit Profile” page.

What does the “Add from another restaurant” link in the food basket do?
|
You can use the “Add from another restaurant” link to order from several restaurants in one order. Just please note the following:
- You can add items only from restaurants serve the same area(s) served by the first restaurant you added items from to your food basket.
- You have to exceed the minimum charge of each restaurant you order from in your multi restaurants order.
- You will get a separate order number for each restaurant order in your multi restaurants order.

I placed an order and want to know if it’s been routed or not yet?

You can view your last order status by clicking the “Last Order Status” link in the “Welcome ‘Your Name’” box on the top right of any page on Otlob.com

I want to edit/cancel my order after placing it, how can I do this?

You can edit or cancel your order after placing it by contacting our customer support team by sending an email to feedback@otlob.com or through the “Online Support” link on the top of any page. But please note that before confirming editing or canceling your order, we will need to get back to the restaurant to check if this is possible with your order or not.

If the order is late should I contact otlob.com or the restaurant I ordered from?

If you didn’t receive your order within the delivery time of the restaurant you ordered from, please contact our customer support team by sending an email to feedback@otlob.com or through the “Online Support” link on the top of any page and we will follow up your order with the restaurant. Phoning the restaurant should be your last resort, as we will be able to sort out your problem for you and save you the hassle.

You can fix your food basket easily by clicking the pin icon on its top right corner.
If you want to return it to its motion state, just re-click that pin icon.

Why is there a difference in prices between the receipt I saw on the ‘Check Order’ page and the real bill that I received from the restaurant I ordered from?

In rare cases, we sometimes are forced to cancel an order due to one of two reasons:

We only call our users after placing an order in the following cases:
